CNC Milling Machining
CNC Milling Machining is often the last step in metal manufacturing, or sometimes the only process involved. Compared to other metalworking techniques, CNC machining is capable of meeting the tightest tolerances, and producing the most accurate, precise products over and over again.
Available materials for CNC MILLING are metal aluminium block, aluminum extrusion profile, iron block, stainless steel block, brass block, copper block, etc, and plastic nylon, POM, rubber, sillicone, acrylic, delrin, etc.
CNC Turning Machining
CNC Turning Machining is a manufacturing process in which material bars are positioned in a chuck and rotated while a specific tool is utilized to remove identified material to create the desired shape. The high precision CNC turning process is controlled through sophisticated computer software that precisely controls the material and tooling so that it cuts to the programmer’s exact specifications.
Available materials for CNC TURNING are rod/bar/tube metal aluminium, iron, stainless steel, brass, copper, etc, and plastic nylon, POM, rubber, sillicone, acrylic, delrin,etc.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Sheet Metal Fabrication is a manufacturing method that involves cutting and bending sheets of metal to form different shapes.
Sheet metal fabrication is more cost-effective than CNC machining when it comes to metal components with uniform wall thickness.
Available materials for SHEET METAL are metal plate sheet aluminium, iron, stainless steel, brass, copper, etc. Thickess varies from 0.3mm to 6.0mm.
Surface Treatment
Surface treatment – Anodizing is used in a variety of Industries to improve the surface material properties of a component. For aluminium pieces, debur and remove sharp edges, then sandblasting or brushing and anodized/powder coated. For steel or stainless steel, powder coating or painting is common. Copper or brass is plating.
